Brief & Outcome

“7ewar” is the newest initiative by The Rotary Club of Adliya. It is the latest project being developed, providing the youthful workforce in Bahrain a platform to discuss and debate on issues faced within their workplace environment. The Rotary Club has been diligent in supporting a number of projects around Bahrain, “7ewar” being next on their agenda. “7ewar” aims to create a positive space for dialogue and present solutions and administering real changes within the company, benefiting both managers and millennials involved.
