Ithmaar Development Company (IDC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ithmaar Bank BSC and acts as its developer and manager of major real estate projects spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, wellness/healthcare facilities, and infrastructure sub-sectors.

The company approached Obai & Hill for PR services involving writing a press release and attracting the media for an important announcement. Ithmaar Development wanted as much publicity as possible when announcing the sale of a strategic plot on Dilmunia island in Bahrain to Kuwait Resort Company K.S.C.P.
